Chinese President Xi Jinping has signed trial outlines which could legally permit his forces to expand into other countries for reasons other than just war.
The new trial outlines - which come into effect on Wednesday - include 59 articles in six chapters and will"serve as a legal base for military operations other than war", state media Xinhua reported.

Picture: Sergey Pyatakov - Host Photo Agency via Getty A report by The Australian last month said it obtained a copy of the draft"memorandum of understanding on deepening blue economy cooperation" between the two nations, which was dated 2022 but not yet signed.
China and the Solomon Islands will also"encourage and support businesses to jointly establish marine economic cooperation parks and deep-sea fishing bases".
