‘Just absurd’: Peta Credlin condemns idea that voting No is ‘disrespectful’With just 11 days to go before the biggest constitutional change we've ever been asked to make, tempers are starting to flare, says Sky News host Peta Credlin. Ms Credlin said the Prime Minister was 'at it again' today, claiming voting Yes was simply about showing 'respect' to Aboriginal people. 'Of course, the flip side to that is that it's disrespectful to vote No. 'Yet it's pretty clear that Indigenous people are themselves divided, with Warren Mundine and Jacinta Price and leading of course the No case. It is the first time in 113 years the House Speaker has lost the role after Mr McCarthy sank to a 216 to 210 defeat. “He agreed to a process whereby any single member could challenge his maintaining the office,” Mr Desipio told Sky News Australia. “Today, somebody took him up on that, and the vote was narrow but it was enough to remove him. “I think it is going to be a free-for-all for the next week – and we’ll see who is able to unite much of that caucus.”

‘Good on Dermie’: Peta Credlin reacts to Labor MP’s ‘cringeworthy’ AFL legend momentSky News host Peta Credlin comments on “cringeworthy” Trade Minister Don Farrell’s interaction with Hawthorn Hawks legend Dermott Brereton on AFL Grand Final day.
