Speaking to AM Agenda on Thursday, the prominent Indigenous activist proclaimed that the referendum will be"a unifying moment our nation".“We’ll be a stronger democracy when we vote yes and we’re inviting all Australians to walk with us.

Although Prime Minister Anthony Albanese is yet to shoot down the revelations, he confirmed the official date will be revealed on August 30 in Adelaide. The latest Resolve poll from August 13 indicated support for the Voice led in Victoria and Tasmania, while the ‘No’ vote was stronger in Western Australia, Queensland, New South Wales and South Australia.

"We want to see a Voice that can expose programs and policies that are failing, that are wasting taxpayer dollars.
