Home cooks can feel daunted when it comes to Yorkshire puddings – but thankfully, there is a simple way to nail the recipe every time. All you need is three basic ingredients
The event takes place each year on August 1 – and is the perfect opportunity to stuff our faces with Yorkshire puddings.
The cooking content creator, known as Ilena, posted the recipe online for her 250,000 followers. She explained: "Did you know that you could make Yorkshire puddings with pancake mix? Yes you can. One cup of pancake mix, three quarters of a cup of whole milk, I'm cracking open two eggs, whisk really well."
Cook your puds for around 20 minutes – and you'll want to avoid opening the oven door during this time. If you let any air in, you run the risk of the Yorkshires sinking and becoming unpleasantly stodgy.
