So many fun, new colors!

, each year we anxiously await which hue is going to be Pantone's pick for color of the year. However, as summer comes to an end and fashion month is at it's prime, we can't help but want to foreseeonce fall and winter's doom and gloom is long over and the clock strikes 2020. Because as much as we love our all-black, model-off-duty looks and all the plaid in the world, sometimes you just want to jump on that color train and ride it all year long.

In a statement, Leatrice Eiseman, executive director of the Institute, shared that the colors "express our desire for a sense of the familiar." Which comes as no surprise since we're allanyway. Eiseman also added that the colors are, "friendly and relatable" featuring "a palette of colors that conveys a sense of ease".

Long story short, Pantone has highlighted a dozen hues, from blazing reds to not so mellow yellows that we've already been spotting all over New York and London Fashion Week. The best part? You don't have to wait until spring to actually incorporate these colors into your wardrobe.
