Actor Brian Blessed says Queen Elizabeth II “finds him very naughty” after meeting him while he was performing on the West End.
Mr Blessed said when he met Her Majesty, she was kind and poured tea and coffee for him, as well as for his dresser – who was panicking due to Royal presence.
“When she gave me the OBE what did she say? … ‘I do believe people have told me that you imitate me’,” he told Sky News Australia host Piers Morgan.Mr Blessed said he also worked closely with Prince Charles and regarded the Duke and Duchess of Cornwall “bloody marvellous people”.
