Police are appealing for information after the crash in Glenrothes on Saturday afternoon.
A young woman has been left with "serious" injuries following a crash in Fife that left two people hospitalised.
The 20-year-old female driver of the BMW was taken to Ninewells Hospital in Dundee. Her injuries are serious but not considered life-threatening. The road was closed until around 9pm to allow for an investigation at the scene. Police are now appealing for information.
