Virginia Gov GlennYoungkin announced on that he will lead his first delegation on an international trade mission to Taiwan, Japan, and South Korea. From April 24-29, the governor will travel to Tapei City, Taiwan; Tokyo, Japan; and Seoul, South Korea.

In strengthening these relationships, we are not only reaffirming our commitment to our allies but also strengthening the spirit of Virginia and America," Youngkin added.The governor will meet with the President of Taiwan, Tsai Ing-wen, as well as various government officials.

According to a press release,"Virginia is home to many foreign-owned business establishments — including 5 from Taiwan, 133 from Japan, and 25 from South Korea."
