House Republicans offered mixed reactions to a speech by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.
. Some Republicans back increased military and less humanitarian aid, while others believe the U.S.-Mexico border should be more of a priority. However, the House GOP mostly agrees that there should be greater oversight of where funds have gone.
