Melbourne businessman Adrian Portelli , also known as ' Lambo Guy ', has risen to prominence alongside television series The Block — but now he and his company are facing accusations of running an unlawful lottery in South Australia .He has boughtBut last week it was revealed the 35-year-old and his company, Xclusive Tech Pty Ltd , have beenin South Australia between 2023 and 2024.
Court documents filed in the Adelaide Magistrates Court alleged LMCT+ is where "the public can sign up to monthly and/or annual 'subscriptions' to access discounts for Australian retailers". Mr Portelli has a prominent social media presence where he shares his business, his family and his growing fleet of luxury vehicles to his 436,000 followers on Instagram and 140,000 on TikTok.The LMCT+ website allegedly allows the public to sign up to subscriptions to access discounts for Australian retailers.
Xclusive Tech has been charged over several lotteries that offered properties from The Block as a major prize, with one count relating to a giveaway in which the winner could allegedly choose between a property located at Gisborne in Victoria, or a $3 million cash prize.
