The shooting stemmed from a fight between two groups of people — 16 total — at the park, police said. The juvenile, who is now 17 years old, can be seen firing a semi-automatic rifle in the video, which was shared by police. He was arrested Jan. 24, and has been charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
