BREAKING: There have been six new cases of coronavirus diagnosed across New South Wales. Here's the latest.
No community transmission was recorded for the second day in a row, marking the first time that has occured since the start of July.
More than 16,500 tests were performed over the 24-hour period - a significant increase on the past few days, where testing has sat below 8,000 per day. Premier Gladys Berejiklian said the increased rate was “okay”, but she wanted to see it much higher, especially heading into the school holidays.were diagnosed in the 24 hours to 8pm last night.
