NSW recorded four new cases of coronavirus on Monday as the government launches a COVID safe summer plan.

“The great news is we're a vast state with incredible parklands, incredible beaches, there's room for everyone,” Minister for Planning and Public Spaces Rob Stokes said.He urged people to listen to lifeguards, park rangers and other authorities to ensure people can enjoy open spaces in a COVID safe way.

However, it is not yet clear whether the app has identified any close contacts of the driver who worked nine shifts while infectious. Dr Coatsworth said the app was assisting contact tracers.
