Health authorities in NSW have confirmed four new coronavirus infections in the 24 hours to 8pm yesterday.
Three were returned travellers in hotel quarantine, and the other infection was linked to the Concord Hospital cluster and was already self-isolating.
NSW chief health officer Kerry Chant said authorities had already identified "a large number" of passengers who travelled in a Silver Service taxi while the driver was infectious with COVID-19 this month."We have been urgently attempting to contact anyone who undertook trips with that taxi driver," Dr Chant said.
"We have managed to use a variety of different mechanisms to identify a large number of the people who shared a rise with that taxi. She said people who had travelled in a Silver Service taxi — particularly those who did not book — in Moorebank, Bankstown, Chipping Norton, Liverpool, Lidcombe, Warwick Farm and Milperra should cross check their trips with data on the NSW Health website."We give the time and the date."
