There are “a lot of questions about what happens now” since the overturning of Roe v Wade last week, according to Center for Family and Human Rights’ Research Director Rebecca Oas.
“Now that Roe v Wade has been overturned, it remains to be seen what’s going to happen, but the fight really has moved back to the states,” she told Sky News host Rowan Dean.
“The situation from state to state is going to be very different depending on what existing laws there are there.”
