‘Pointless’ to hurt Australia further with more climate policies: Kenny

It’s pointless for Australia to hurt itself further with more climate policies when the rest of the world is doing “bugger all”, according to Sky News host Chris Kenny.

“China produces more emissions in a fortnight than we produce in a year, and its emissions are increasing while we’ve cut ours by more than 20 per cent,” Mr Kenny said.

“So the climate we have, whether it is getting worse or not, is the climate we are stuck with, for good or for ill.”
