An elderly Perth man who was subjected to what police alleged was a "cowardly and unprovoked attack" outside his own home has died in hospital.28--year-old Quade Karsum Jones has been charged over the attackEmiliano Lombardi, 84, had been in intensive care in Royal Perth Hospital since he was bashed two weeks ago.
Police said he was set upon about 7:00pm on August 16, after he went to investigate a disturbance outside his Henry Street home in East Cannington.
