Former reality TV star Abbie Chatfield rarely keeps anything she does to herself, and now the formerly property analyst is spruiking her home flipping plans.
The everywhere and everything influencer dropped her hard-earned on a savvy buy in sought-after beach haven Tamarama in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs in May. The two-bedroom apartment was on the market for months until Chatfield swooped shortly before its second Ray White auction attempt paying $1.758m.The 80 sqm apartment has a lounge that opens to a sunroom, an as new bathroom, and an eat-in kitchen.Now Chatfield is planning a full reno of her new hip pad.
“Hey Queens, I’m renovating my apartment so anyone who’s renovated before, like, drop your fave brands for anything,” she declared on Instagram.Perhaps it’s a way of ‘influencing’ home lifestyle brands to give her free stuff with which to decorate her apartment?She was a first homebuyer last year, in the Byron Bay hinterland, when paying $1.45 million for a home that was marketed as a “romantic timber cottage”, with a twist of rustic and modern flair.
