After testimony from 45 witnesses over 20 days, federal prosecutors in Brooklyn are resting their case against R. Kelly
Jurors have heard from witnesses ranging from former live-in girlfriends of the singer to his former employees, many of whom were subpoenaed to testify against the singer. Kelly faces racketeering and sex trafficking charges, which he has pleaded not guilty to.
How live-in girlfriends lives were controlled Wearing baggy clothes, greeting Kelly with a kiss and calling him"Daddy," asking for permission to leave a room, not interacting with men and facing the wall if a man walked into an elevator with them -- those are some of the rules that former girlfriends testified they had to follow at Kelly's direction.
