Prime Minister Anthony Albanese along with the Collingwood Football Club and Monash University has announced the Victoria Sport Infrastructure Project is complete.
Part of the project was Collingwood’s AIA Centre, with a $15 million redevelopment turning it into a multisport venue with high performance training areas and medical and sports research facilities for Monash University.

Picture: Julian Andrews “All the girls could agree it’s added a lot to our program and given us the opportunity to be the best athletes we can be as well,” she said. Extra education and training rooms were added along with a visitor centre featuring a museum showcasing the Club’s history and a First Nations Cultural Centre which will host educational and cultural awareness programs.
