Childhood friend Paul Phillips said the whole town of Lake Cargelligo, where the four resided, was devastated.“It’s hard to come to grips with, it’s simply unbelievable. To think that four people that did reside in our town now left it for good.”A B-double truck and car collided on the Hume Fwy at the intersection of Wenkes Rd in Chiltern on Thursday about 10.30am.
“For whatever reason they have pulled out in front of a B-double that was travelling north on the Hume.Lorraine and Trevor Breen from Wagga Wagga have been identified as one of the two couples killed in a horrific truck crash on Hume Fwy in Victoria.The driver of the truck, a 30-year-old man, sustained non-life-threatening injuries and Weir said he was in an incredible amount of shock.
