A court hears the son of Adelaide woman Myrna Nilsson had no 'outburst of emotion' when he was told his mother had died, as the trial of his wife over the alleged murder continues.

The son of alleged murder victim Myrna Nilsson did not show an "outburst of emotion" when he was told his mother had died and asked police if there had been "an intruder", an Adelaide court has heard. An Adelaide court today heard evidence from police who were called to the sceneMark Nilsson's wife Caroline Dela Rose Nilsson, 29, is standing trial for the alleged murder of his mother at a Valley View home in September 2016.

He said that Mr Nilsson then asked him what he meant, before the officer replied: "I don't have many details, there has been an incident, and your mother has passed away."Sergeant Mead told the jury Mr Nilsson then replied: "I don't understand how this could happen, what do you mean an incident? Were there intruders or something?"He said Mr Nilsson did not "have an outburst of emotion, or act in an angry manner".

Prosecutor Emily Telfer SC has previously told the court that the accused "fabricated" a story to police that she and her mother-in-law had been the victims of a home invasion. "Then I yelled out 'police', and they turned to face me, both crying and upset … I picked them both up, and they … grabbed me very tightly."
