A Finder survey of 1001 Australians has found 19 per cent have had a transaction declined at a supermarket, petrol station, restaurant or store in the past three months, equating to about 3.8 million Australians struggling with their bank accounts.
Research by Finder has further found a record 37 per cent of Australians are ranking groceries as one of their top three most stressful expenses this month, up from 28 per cent in March.
