First-round offers for the collision and mechanical parts business are due in late August.

Listed smash repairer AMA Group’s ACM Parts unit is being wheeled into the workshop for potential buyers to tinker with, as it hopes to appease investors reeling from a 60.8 per cent drop in share price and two painful equity raises in 12 months.

Detailed due diligence materials are now in front of investors. First-round offers are due in late August.Interested parties have been told ACM will generate around $85 million revenue in the 2024 financial year, up from $60 million in 2021 – thanks to an increase in genuine parts sales. This should grow to $135 million over the next two years, according to a five-page flyer seen by Street Talk.
