And it was the exact same for me. Instead of Chinatown, I moved from Shanghai when I was 6.
Jin often tries to avoid conflict. How did you approach the scenes where he does decide to be more confrontational, like when he tells his parents to stop fighting or tackles Travis? What’s going on in Jin’s head?] It’s a young person who doesn’t really understand how much power he can have. When we’re young and inexperienced in the world, we feel like power and confidence are things that have to be earned somehow.
