New South Wales Premier GladysB has denied any wrongdoing by having a secret relationship with disgraced former MP Daryl Maguire.

New South Wales Premier Gladys Berejiklian has denied any wrongdoing by having a secret relationship with disgraced former MP Daryl Maguire. Sky News Political Editor Andrew Clennell today pushed Ms Berejiklian on why she never thought to correct Mr Maguire or report his behaviour after phone recordings played at the ICAC hearing on Monday revealed he informed her of a number of his actions, including details of his financial position.

“Had I known any wrongdoing was done at any stage I would have not have hesitated to act and I have acted very swiftly when I needed to and I am the first to put up my hand and admit but I haven't done anything wrong.” “At all times I have maintained a distinction between my personal and private life and the public office I hold.” Mr Clennell further probed the premier as to why she believed her actions were acceptable.
