Victorian Shadow Police Minister David Southwick says Victorian Premier Daniel Andrews has to come clean after revelations showed it was the premiers private office which gave the go ahead for private security to be used in hotel quarantine. “There is no way that decision was made without the premier knowing,” Mr Southwick told Sky News host Peta Credlin. “What we’ve seen time and time again is the premier abdicating any responsibility for any of this.
