Sky News Political Editor Andrew Clennell says Prime Minister Anthony Albanese is off to Lithuania for the NATO summit and will make an address similar to his Shangri-La address in Singapore.
“He will give an address there similar to his Shangri-La Address in Singapore but it will be behind closed doors,” Mr Clennell said.
“Before that, the PM will meet German Chancellor Olaf Scholz with an expectation that perhaps Australia and Germany will join forces to announce some further military assistance to Ukraine.”
