Supermarket giant Asda has been forced to pull a number of items from its fridges after they were deemed 'unsafe' to eat by the Food Standards Agency.
Asda have warned customers that the snack items have been recalled as a precaution "because they may contain pieces of metal and blue plastic which has the potential to cause injury."
Among the products that have been removed are sausage rolls, steak slices and cheese and onion rolls, reports the Liverpool Echo.The affected Asda products are as follows: Asda said the recall affects the products and the date codes shown above only. Customers are advised to return the items to store for a full refund, and you don't need your receipt.
