Assistant Minister for Foreign Affairs Tim Watts has declared Australia would continue to speak out against China 'where the national interest calls for it'.

Mr Watts appeared on Sky News on Monday morning after the Chinese Foreign Ministry outlined four demands for Australia in the hopes the Albanese Government would"seize the opportunity" to repair the fractured partnership.
