Mr Short said some of the parcels contained important items including medication for their daughter, who is waiting for a liver transplant, while others contained goods for their party hire business. Australia Post drivers stopped delivering parcels altogether after this and instead sent SMS messages for the couple to collect their parcels at the post office.
The driver arrived and handed Mr Short his parcel, before he told the driver they were tired of tracking down all their other parcels.According to the tribunal, Mr Short then lost his temper and grabbed the parcel back off the driver, telling him to “get the f*** off his property”.How the compensation was calculated
