Sky News host Peta Credlin says better trade relations with China doesn’t mean that people can relax and go back to “business as before”.
“Just because the Chinese government’s making noises about ending its boycott of Australian barley doesn’t mean we should go back to regarding China as an economic gold mine rather than a long-term strategic challenge,” she said.
“Let’s not be under any illusions about the communist superpower or where they want to take us if we don’t wake up and arm up before it’s too late.”
