Breaking: An Australian woman found guilty of fatal group assault and jailed for four years over the death of a Bali police officer has walked free from Kerobokan jail

An Australian woman found guilty of fatal group assault and jailed for four years over the death of a Bali police officer has walked free from Kerobokan jail.

"She will be processed from the immigration side of things for her deportation. She will soon fly out to Australia via Jakarta since there's no flight to Australia from Bali. Immigration will also test her for coronavirus, as it is a requirement to fly. She will not fly out today, but soon, we have been advised that there's a flight to Australia for her".

"Now she has changed a lot, for the better. In the beginning, her emotions would run high, we slowly approached her by involving her in many prison activities. Religious activities, painting classes, hairdressing, knitting, any prison activities she would join. Now she has become someone the other prisoners look up to. She has come a long way."

Ni Ketut said she did not want anything do with Connor, including an apology from the Australian woman.
