Manchester Crown Court heard he told his victim she 'dressed like a s**g' and tried to prevent her from meeting friends.
A baby-faced thug has been jailed for a 'deeply unpleasant' campaign of violence and threats against a girl.
Last year the now 19-year-old was handed a community sentence for his disgusting behaviour but now, after repeatedly breaching restraining orders designed to protect the woman, a judge has handed him a custodial sentence reports the MEN. "He would create false Facebook accounts and say kill yourself and then apologise," his victim was said to have told police. When the defendant saw her talking to another man, he fought him, the court was told.
Ms Filletti said only 'limited' rehabilitation work had been done with Lee during his previous sentences and that her client had made 'positive efforts of his own volition' to address his problems and that he deserved 'another last chance'. The court heard the girl had also contacted Lee on occasion.
He was handed another community order and unpaid work. But he breached the order again, landing him back in front of a judge at Manchester Crown Court for calling her 170 times in three weeks. The defendant had an 'appalling and serious history' of offending against the girl and had shown a 'complete disregard' for the orders imposed on him, said Judge Johnston, who criticised his 'clear and entrenched behaviour which has caused a significant degree of harm' against his victim.
