A 24-year-old barman has died in hospital two weeks after sustaining critical burns in an explosion at a Sydney Lebanese restaurant.
On Sunset barman Prajjwol Sama Shrestha was using cleaning products at the Parramatta restaurant on June 21 when a fire broke out.

Mr Shrestha sustained significant burns to around 30 per cent of his body and his colleagues attempted to cool him down under sprinklers before paramedics arrived.
