🔴 The BBC has failed to report allegations made against one of its star presenters to the police, theipaper can reveal
Despite the allegations, which were originally made to the BBC by the young person’s mother in May, the corporation has not yet reported them to the Metropolitan Police.: “As far as we’re aware there have been no reports to the Met and there is no Met investigation.”
The newspaper reported that the young person’s mother saw a picture of the presenter on her child’s phone in which he was “sitting on a sofa in his house in his underwear”.Despite being informed of the allegations against a star presenter in May, the BBC has not passed on the details to the Metropolitan Police
The BBC, which held a series of crisis talks about the allegations this weekend, has not elaborated on its comment on the claims since they were first published.
