NSW Premier GladysB hopes to reunite Australian families come Christmas time as she again promoted the benefits of the coronavirus vaccine in opening interstate and international borders.
Ms Berejiklian during her daily COVID-19 update on Tuesday said achieving 80 per cent vaccine coverage “allows us to look at international travel” as she again implored residents to roll up their sleeves for a jab.

Picture: Getty Images “As the Federal Treasurer said a few days ago it would be disappointing if NSW and Victorian residents were able to go overseas before they can go interstate,” she said.
A journalist at Tuesday’s press conference asked Ms Berejiklian whether NSW would “go it alone to open internationally” even if the entire country has not yet eased travel restrictions.
