English international Heather Knight will return to the Thunder this season and take up the captaincy after previously leading the Thunder to the title in BBL|06.Darlington says she is excited to lean off Knight as she continues to develop her own “leadership journey”. “From Heather in particular is that routine. She‘s an all-rounder, how does she go balancing her own performance.“I‘m really big on routines and understanding how the best go about their business.”
