Patrick Kuby was totally absent from Better Call Saul, but a reunion with Huell would have been even better than Walt and Jesse's return in season 6.
Patrick Kuby was one of the funniest and most entertaining recurring characters in Breaking Bad, but he's one of the very few who mysteriously didn't return in Better Call Saul. The ex-con was one part of Saul's two-part A-team, as he and Huell picked up odd jobs for the criminal lawyer, which were often related to Walter White .

There's clearly a backstory as to how the two crossed paths, how they started working together, and how Kuby and Huell became such a unit.
Better Call Saul Season 6 Should Have Brought Back Patrick Kuby Huell, Kuby’s partner in crime, appeared in Better Call Saul several times, and the prequel series details how Huell and Jimmy first meet and how their partnership grows. The partnership is natural and it makes total sense that Jimmy would keep giving this low-profile criminal odd jobs. However, Kuby never once appears in the series, and his absence is a total missed opportunity.
Kuby could even have appeared in the post-Breaking Bad scenes, and the series could have finally answered what happened to him after Heisenberg was caught. However, Better Call Saul does kind of explain how Kuby and Jimmy first meet, but it's only with an Easter egg that's nigh-impossible to spot. In Better Call Saul season 6, episode 6, "Axe and Grind," Kuby's name can be found in Dr. Caldera's book of criminal contacts, and that's only after it has been decoded.
