The attorney general has continued to defend President Donald Trump's attacks on the FBI even after many of his conspiracy theories were debunked.
Trump and his allies have been spinning Monday's long-awaited report to continue their attacks on the FBI.
Upon the release of the report, Trump told reporters the findings were"far worse than I would have ever thought." At a campaign rally on Tuesday, Trump branded the FBI""The president has lied about this constantly—he's still lying about it," Toobin told Cooper."And the thing that is just so disgraceful is that he is being enabled, supported and endorsed by the attorney general of the United States, who should know better.
