Despite their efforts, NSW Police released a statement on Friday confirming emergency services were called to North Avoca Beach following reports a body had been located in the water.Luca's heartbroken parents Jason and Michelle thanked the efforts of multiple agencies as they paid an emotional tribute to their"perfect" son on Thursday.
