Boeing's newest version of its most popular plane, the 737 MAX, is again in the spotlight after another deadly crash minutes after take-off.Despite the drag from Boeing, US markets rebounded from last week's falls to close higher — the Dow Jones rose by 200 points, while the Nasdaq finished with a 2 per cent gain.
European markets posted their best day in nearly a month, and shares in Deutsche Bank gained 5 per cent following reports it had agreed to hold merger talks with rival Commerzbank. "We will see what happens by April, if there is any unforeseen disruption somewhere else, but barring this I think we will just be kicking the can forward … We will see where the market is by June and adjust appropriately," Khalid al-Falih told Reuters.
