Albany Road Real Estate Partners already owns properties in Westlake and Dallas. Now it has purchased an office building near Dallas Love Field. The more than 120,000-square-foot building near Stemmons Freeway is 94% leased to tenants including Comerica Bank, Wellmed Networks and L33T Tech. TXRE Properties had owned the building since 2007, according to the firm’s Justin Smith, who brokered the sale.

The building is just a block away from the Mockingbird Towers office high-rises, which Albany Road purchased in 2020. In November, Albany Road bought the Plaza at Solana on State Highway 114 in Westlake, which includes two office buildings and a retail center. Built in the 1980s as part of the original mixed-use Solana business park, Plaza at Solana includes almost 361,000 square feet of space.Albany Road’s assets total more than $1 billion, and the company has offices in Boston, Nashville, Dallas, Denver and San Francisco.
