“They enjoy having people over for drinks and dinners, it is a great house for entertaining,” Mr Fredman said.“It’s a Martin Friedrich signature staircase, it’s has very solid, stunning curvature with a beautiful skylight above,” Mr Fredman added.Families and downsizers have expressed interest in the home, including househunters from interstate, Ashburton and Caroline Springs.
“The majority of interested buyers are from out of the area, buyers that are trying to get into Brighton, including people who have recently come to Australia,” Mr Fredman said.The property has three bathrooms including a marble ensuite with two basins, freestanding bath and heated towel rails.He described the suburb’s attractions beaches, shops, schools and train stations as “brilliant”.
