Britney Spears has returned to Instagram after a two day hiatus of her own volition but did not explain why she left in the first place
The 40-year-old pop megastar posted several selfies to her account on Friday, just two days after deactivating it entirely. In the photos, she wore a white crop top with sheer puffy sleeves that showed off her strong arms and accentuated her toned tummy and belly button ring.
Spears' post on the account may have come as a bit of a shock to her followers as she offered no explanation why she had deactivated it in the first place. A source told UsWeekly that Britney 'chose to disable her own Instagram,' just one day after expressing to her 40 million followers that she wants to be 'feared' not 'loved'. Instagram officials told TMZ that they did not remove it, further supporting reports that it was Britney's choice.
