The Browns said they are cooperating with law enforcement after team owner Jimmy Haslam was struck with what appeared to be a plastic water bottle thrown from the stands following the game-winning touchdown catch by Jets receiver Garrett Wilson on Sunday.

The Browns lost Sunday’s game, 31-30, blowing a 13-point lead with 1:55 left in the game. NFL teams had won the last 2,229 consecutive games when leading by at least 13 points in the final 2 minutes prior to the Browns blowing their lead, first on a blown coverage touchdown pass from Joe Flacco to Corey Davis followed by an onside kick recovery that led to Wilson’s touchdown catch.
