Hundreds of teens and indigenous rights activists have been involved in a violent scuffle with UN security after protesting climate change.

Picture: Bernat Armangue/APHundreds of young people turned up to the COP25 conference, in Madrid, Spain, chanting “climate justice now” and “shame”.The protesters and guards were involved in a scuffle as security pushed the activists outside.UN police and security block the entrance.
But with just 1C of warming, the world is already struggling with the impact of climate-related disasters such as super storms and droughts, as well as the costs involved to societies. Earlier at the conference, Swedish activist Greta Thunberg accused rich countries of “misleading” people over climate action.
