Residents in Corinna and Granville Harbour are being strongly advised to seek shelter or evacuate the area as nine uncontrolled bushfires rage through Pieman River, Mount Donaldson, Violet Rivulet, Yellowband Plain, Rocky River, Heemskirk Road, and Corinna Road.
The Tasmania Fire Service has also issued a warning to Zeehan residents, urging them not to return to the town as fires continue to burn in its vicinity.
