This morning a driver travelling along the Pacific Highway in Marks Point, Lake Macquarie, suffered a medical episode.
They rear-ended a ute in front, got stuck, and sent them both crashing into the Fisherman's Warehouse boatyard and shop.The pair crashed into the Fisherman's Warehouse, but avoided serious injury. Several new boats were smashed and the damage bill is expected to reach hundreds of thousands of dollars.Shop owner Jason Nunn said his business is already hurting after a tough year and hopes to reopen again tomorrow.
