Four people have been hospitalised after a car crashed into a shopping centre in Melbourne's inner north.The car entirely breached one of the walls of the suburban shopping centre, coming to a stop inside a retail store.A man and a woman were taken to the Royal Melbourne Hospital in a stable condition, Ambulance Victoria said.

Another man was treated at the scene for upper body injuries and was later taken to the Royal Melbourne Hospital in a serious but stable condition."The driver of the vehicle, who also sustained non life-threatening injuries, is currently assisting police at the scene with their enquiries," a police spokesperson said.Part of the building was evacuated for a structural assessment after the damage.
